Zerana is the first character illustration in my "Xohlyn Collection" from early University. If she's having a bad day, steer clear! She's just recently found out that she can turn into a unicorn (of all things) due to her birth-mother actually being a unicorn that adopted human form. She's not quite used to the form yet, and finds it REALLY hard to go from bi-focal vision to, well, not bi-focal vision. and the whole tail thing is a little messed up too. So she hasn't been in the best of moods lately, and Rod being her "trainer" doesn't help. Drawn in colored pencil but again with an acrylic paint wash underneath. I never did get around to writing her story; I figured it would be difficult to make it not seem cheesy.

I try to keep the scans and photos on this page as close to the actual colors in the original pieces as possible, but some variation may occur depending on your monitor.
